Shipping
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed Thursday after 1:00 PM Central Standard Time, or anytime Friday through Sunday, will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Freight & Oversized Items
Some large items (such as complete feeder systems or bulk equipment) require LTL freight shipping or special handling.

Freight shipping costs are not calculated at checkout and may require customer contact or separate quoting before shipment.

Freight delivery typically ranges from 5–12 business days depending on location and scheduling
If an item requires freight shipping, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)
Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)
You can expect to receive standard shipping orders within 4–9 business days from the time your order is placed (processing time + shipping time).
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS only, depending on order size and destination. Freight shipments use LTL carriers.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Freight shipments may have different tracking methods.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, freight scheduling, or peak seasons.
Returns
30-Day Returns
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Used, installed, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless defective

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping

For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Freight items may have additional return shipping costs due to size and carrier requirements
Warranty Returns
For warranty-related issues, return shipping to our facility is the customer’s responsibility. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return, though your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at 830-481-9021 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
