Description

The MK-2 Control Unit features a very accurate clock with a sleep feature that conserves battery power. A three second press and hold of any button will wake the unit up! Six feeding times are available and the motor run time is programmable for each feeding. All settings operate forward and backwards. A progressive counter advances each time the unit feeds. The press-to-test runs a complete system check and operates in conjunction with a motor delay safety feature adjustable from 0 to 99 seconds. There is a built-in lithium back up battery to hold settings when the feeder battery is disconnected. A five minute field repair is as simple as unplugging the electronic assembly and plugging in a new one. No soldering! All plastic used in Control Units is Virgin Poly-carbonate with UV inhibitors added (same tough, flexible material that is used in safety glass).

The MK-2 Control Unit is supplied with a 6 volt alkaline lantern battery, small cone, cutting template and mounting hardware. Upgradeable to solar at a modest cost.

    I have used these spin-cast feeders for over 2o0 years and have only tried one other feedere that was a bust. Spin-cats is the only feeder that I want.

    I've been using spin cast spreaders on my deer feeders for over 20 yrs. Very reliable, easy to program and durable. Highly recommend , a little pricey compared to others on the market but worth every penny.
